Privacy Policy
Version: July 4, 2026
The English version is the only official version of the Policy.
This Privacy Policy explains how MD2IT handles privacy in our own applications, websites, browser extensions, and related services. We write it in plain language because our position is simple: we do not collect personal data, we do not track users, and we do not use user data for advertising.
1. Scope
1.1. This Privacy Policy applies only to applications, websites, browser extensions, and related services published and controlled by MD2IT.
1.2. Some of our applications may have open source code. If a third party creates, modifies, builds, publishes, or distributes its own version, fork, copy, or derivative application, that version is independent from MD2IT. The person or organization that creates or distributes that version is responsible for its privacy practices and for any user data it handles.
2. No Personal Data Collection
2.1. We do not collect personal data through our applications.
2.2. We do not ask you to create an account to use our applications.
2.3. We do not intentionally collect names, email addresses, location data, browsing history, page content, files, identifiers, analytics profiles, or any other information that could be used to identify you.
3. No Transfer or Sale of User Data
3.1. We do not sell, rent, trade, share, or otherwise transfer user data to anyone.
3.2. We do not send your data to advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties.
3.3. Because our applications are designed not to collect your personal data, we do not have personal data to disclose in response to ordinary commercial requests.
4. Local Settings and Local Storage
4.1. Our applications may store your settings, preferences, or application state locally on your own device. This may include options such as interface settings, saved preferences, or other configuration needed for the application to work as you expect.
4.2. Local data stays on your device and remains under your control. We do not receive it, read it, copy it, or transfer it away from your device.
4.3. You can remove local data by using the controls provided by your browser, operating system, or the application itself, depending on the product.
5. No Advertising, Tracking, or Profiling
5.1. We do not use any user data for advertising purposes.
5.2. We do not track user behavior across websites, applications, sessions, or devices.
5.3. We do not build user profiles, behavioral segments, or marketing audiences.
6. User Responsibility and Misuse
6.1. By using our applications, you agree to use them responsibly, lawfully, and consistently with this Privacy Policy, including in relation to third parties and their data.
6.2. We are not responsible for how you choose to use our applications, including any use that violates this Privacy Policy, applicable law, platform rules, or the rights of other people or organizations.
6.3. Our applications are intended to help users perform legitimate tasks under their own control. They are not designed to help anyone collect, copy, store, manipulate, or misuse another person's data.
6.4. You must not use our applications to collect, save, process, or interfere with data that you do not have the right to access or use.
6.5. You are responsible for using our applications lawfully and respectfully, including when you use them together with websites, platforms, files, or data controlled by other people or organizations.
7. Security
7.1. Our primary privacy protection is data minimization: we design our applications so that your personal data does not need to leave your device.
7.2. No software can be guaranteed to be perfect or risk-free. If we discover a privacy or security issue in an application we control, we will try to address it in a reasonable way consistent with our privacy philosophy.
8. Changes to This Policy
8.1. We may update this Privacy Policy in the future, for example when our applications, legal requirements, or technical details change.
8.2. Any future version should remain consistent with our core philosophy: respect for your data, no unnecessary collection, no tracking, no advertising use, and local control wherever possible.
